What is your return/exchange policy?

Customer service is #1 in our book. We want to make sure everyone has a great experience with our brand. Due to the fact that sports bras are under garments, we would like to keep them crisp, clean and unworn. Notice must be given to us within 72 hours if you would like to return or exchange any Swinn item. In general, unworn/unwashed (yet still tagged) items can be returned or exchanged within 10 days of delivery.   Email us at info@iloveswinn.com, and we will walk you through the process.   Please be sure to provide your order number.

If a product is defective, it may be exchanged for a new product which will be shipped to you at no additional charge. If you have further questions please contact us.

Shipping

How long does it take for my order to arrive?

We will ship out your order within 48 hours. If you ordered something that may take longer we will call you. Standard shipping for orders in the contiguous US may take 5-10 business days. Usually in our experience, it only takes 2-4 days depending on where you live. International orders may take 3-5 weeks to arrive depending on the final destination and customs processing.


What shipping method do you use?

We try to keep costs down as much as possible for our customers. Standard shipping for orders in the United States are shipped via USPS or UPS Ground. International orders are shipped via UPS Global Mail.


How much does shipping cost?

It depends on your country and the size of your order. The easiest way to determine your shipping cost is to add the items to your cart, select your country, and press the “update total” button for a more accurate shipping estimate.


Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship worldwide. International shipping costs vary. Orders shipped outside of the U.S. are subject to regular customs duties and fees levied by the destination country.


How should I wash and dry my Bras?

The label suggests turning inside, wash on a  delicate cycle, and hanging to dry.  However, we have put Swinn bras in the dryer on the Low Heat or Ultra Care setting, and the bra has maintained its original shape and the colors of the designs have stayed in tact, although some cracking may occur.  In order to avoid ANY shrinking, fading, peeling, or cracking, we suggest abiding by the label.  If you’re a risk-taker, throw it in the washer and do your normal thing.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards including VISA, MasterCard, American Express, Discover or direct payments through PayPal.

Is your store secure?

Absolutely! Our site does not store any of your personal information, in fact the only time you are required to input any of your personal / payment information is on PayPal's website. PayPal handles all of our transactions. PayPal uses SSL technology to encrypt and keep all of your information safe. In addition, when you send a payment using PayPal, we do not receive sensitive financial information like your credit card or bank account number.


Do I need a PayPal account to purchase from your store?

No. We understand that not everyone has a PayPal account. PayPal allows individuals to use their service without being a member. Please make sure to provide proper shipping information since we use PayPal to help organize our shipments.
